What is your role at KRA?

I’m the supervisor of the commercial lines department. In addition to having the same duties as an account manager, I help the other commercial lines account managers and make sure the department is running smoothly.

What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?

I enjoy it when I can get something accomplished quicker than the client expected me to.

Before working here, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

I have worked at insurance agencies since my very first job when I turned 16.

What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?

I love to cook (and eat).

What is one thing you couldn’t live without?

The love of my family.

What is your hidden talent or an interesting fact about you?

Well, it’s not that interesting, but I used to take Irish step dancing classes.

What is your motto, personal mantra, or favorite quote?

Good, better, best. Never let it rest. ‘Til your good is better and your better is best.

When are you happiest?

I am happiest when I am relaxing with my family and friends.
