After graduating from The State University of New York at Albany in 1990, Adam joined the VIP Employee Benefit Group, a family-owned agency in Teaneck, NJ. He received training as an account and marketing specialist before taking responsibility for building his own book of business. In 1996, Adam formed PFR Group Inc., a group benefits specialist within PFR Planning in New York City. PFR Planning was, at the time, one of the Guardian Life Insurance Company’s largest general agents. It was at PFR Group that Adam received training in the life and disability insurance arena.

In 1999, Adam merged his book of business with KRA Insurance Agency. Within two years Adam became a partner and he has been instrumental in the formation of the life and health department in addition to his own sales production responsibilities.

Adam’s expertise in group health and ancillary benefits, individual and corporate life and disability planning, and his work with PEOs with leading providers provide an excellent resource for his clients.

Adam is married, the father of two children, and makes his home in Montville, NJ.
