What is your role at KRA?

I am an account manager. I assist clients with all their personal insurance needs.

What would people never guess you do in your role?

We are always willing to go above and beyond so people usually think we do everything.

What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?

Talking to clients and assisting them in making coverage decisions that best suit their needs.

Before working here, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

I’ve done insurance for most of my career. After so many years nothing seems unusual.

What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?

Shopping, dining, and playing Candy Crush.

What is one thing you couldn’t live without?

My children.

What is your hidden talent or an interesting fact about you?

I love to cook.

What is your favorite movie and/or book? Why?

The Grinch.

What is your motto, personal mantra, or favorite quote?

Try to stay in the moment, don’t worry too much about tomorrow.

When are you happiest?

At the beach with a good book and lots of snacks.
